Preblast & Preconstruction Condition Surveys

In today's society the need for a preblast and/or preconstruction
survey is essential to companies conducting blasting, pile
driving and/or heavy construction activities. These surveys
provide a dual purpose.

First, the documentation of the interior and exterior existing
conditions of the building familiarizes the owner with
imperfections that usually go unnoticed under normal
circumstances. This will minimize complaints as well as
prevent damage claims and lawsuits.

Secondly, surveys constitute good public relations. The
apprehensive owner/resident is informed by the inspector as to
what can be expected from the project and any questions or
concerns the owner/resident may have can be addressed at
this time.
